If you weren’t pleased with your treatment/service, please reach out to at alejandra@modernbeautybar.ca. We do not refund services, but want you to be 100% satisfied and will do everything we can to assure your satisfaction.

PRODUCTS

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! For products that are minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unused products may also be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will receive store credit for any returns. Refunds will not include shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. To initiate a return, email us with your concern & order number at alejandra@modernbeautybar.ca.
